Tiny Ledger is built for families. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
What we collect
We collect account details needed to run the product, including parent and child usernames, virtual balances, transaction history, goal information, optional parent email addresses for notifications, and parent-managed child account settings.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, show balances and goals, send requested notifications, keep the service running reliably, and maintain required parent controls for child accounts.
Children and parental control
Child accounts can only be created by a parent or guardian. We do not collect child email addresses, and parents remain responsible for creating, resetting, and deleting child logins.
Third-party tracking
Tiny Ledger uses Google Analytics for public-site and parent-product usage measurement only, and child sessions are excluded from that tracking. We use service providers such as hosting, email delivery, and database infrastructure only to operate the service.
What Tiny Ledger does not do
Tiny Ledger does not connect to a bank account to run the core product experience. The ledger is virtual and educational.
